The rules of the Read Your Way to the Ballpark game are simple. Download your game card. Choose your favorite books from your local library or select your favorite section of the Tampa Bay Times to read over the summer. As you read, track your hours by rounding the bases and writing down what you are reading on the game card.

Round the bases by reading a total of 24 hours this summer and receive two tickets to a Rays game!

All students in grades Prekindergarten through 12 can participate

Read around the bases — 24 hours total!

Read 3 hours to get from Home Plate to First Base

Read 5 more hours to get from First to Second Base

Read 7 more hours to get from Second to Third Base

Read 9 more hours to get from Third Base to Home Plate

Read 24 hours and the student will earn:
2 complimentary Lower Reserved or GTE Financial Party Deck tickets to any one of the following home games:

1. Mon 8/2 SEA 7:10 p.m.

2. Tue 8/3 SEA 7:10 p.m

3. Wed 8/4 SEA 1:10 p.m

4. Tue 8/17 BAL 7:10 p.m

5. Fri 8/20 CWS 7:10 p.m

6. Sun 8/22 CWS 1:10 p.m

7. Fri 9/3 MIN 7:10 p.m

8. Sun 9/5 MIN 1:10 p.m

9. Fri 9/17 DET 7:10 p.m

Vouchers can be redeemed online starting Thursday, July 15. If conditions in our region require Tropicana Field to operate at a limited capacity, the ticket offer may not be available until the 2022 season.
